Order processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your confirmation email. You'll get a second email with tracking once your order ships.

Rates and estimates are calculated at checkout based on your address.
International shipping
We ship to select countries. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are the customer's responsibility and are collected once the shipment reaches its destination.
Tracking your order
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after you get the notification.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us within 30 days of the ship date and we'll make it right.
